It seems like every bank has a different positive pay format. Many banks have more than one format.
Rather than having you spend time in laying out your bank's format, we can provide you with many of the national and local bank positive pay formats.
Start Bank Positive Pay and enter into an account.
From the Settings tab > 'Enter Bank Express Code'. Enter your code and click 'Update Bank Information'.
If you have not yet created an account in our system. Your code will automatically be applied to any new accounts you create.
Please go ahead and create a new account at this time - 'File' > 'New Account' > 'Create' option.
If you already created a new account in our system
From the main menu select 'Settings' > 'Enter Bank Express Code' > 'Resume Startup' tab. Click the 'Resume' button and enter any information requested, such as your account number. Then click 'Next', 'Finish', 'No', 'Close'.
If you do not have a code, please forward your bank layout to your Treasury Software representative, and they will provide you with one - or for faster assistance - contact support. Send a message that you need a Bank Express Code for your bank, and state your bank's name. You'll then receive a confirmation email. Reply to the confirmation email and attach a copy of your bank's format.
