Bank Positive Pay Library

Every bank supports a different format for the bank positive pay file.

Treasury Software comes with hundred of these formats pre-loaded into the software. The first step of setting up the Treasury Software is to send us an email that has your bank's documentation attached that specifies how the bank wants the file formatted.

Once we receive this documentation we will send you the correct Bank Express Code. The Bank Express Code will automatically configure the software to create the file to your bank's specifications.

If we do not have your bank's format on file, no problem. We can create this for you at no cost.

As previously mentioned, every bank supports a different format but your file will look similarly to this.

Looking to do Positive Pay and have multiple accounts with the same bank? Not a problem, with Bank Positive Pay you can create accounts in the software.

Multiple Accounts

Have multiple accounts a cross multiple banks? Bank Positive Pay can handle this as well. With Bank Positive Pay you can have as many accounts as you like. There is no limit to the amount of accounts you can have and switching between your accounts is quick and easy.
