You can integrate ACH Universal to virtually any website, third-party software or database.
You will need a shopping cart or some type of order capture system that will save your transactional information into a database.
When you are ready to to create an ACH file, typically once a day before your bank's cutoff - export the information from your database into a comma delimited (csv) file.
Note: If you have our SQL Server version, you can perform a SQL INSERT command directly into our holding table.
At a minimum, you would want to include the following fields:
In addition, many also include the following fields:
ACH Universal will import your data and then create the ACH file. If you choose, ACH Universal can even transmit the ACH file to your bank via FTP.
Remember. ACH Universal's role is to help you create the ACH file. Your bank will clear the ACH transactions for you.
The entire process can be automated using ACH Universal's Software Integration Kit (SIK).
Want to run the process more than once a day, or on a custom schedule? ACH Universal integrates to your Windows Operating System Task Scheduler and can be triggered from Task Scheduler or any batch utility.
Note: No programming required. Our Software Integration Kit has a 'point and click' interface, and is available in ACH Universal's Corporate and Processor edition.
