Upgrade Your Existing Installation:
If your version is 9.46.0 and above:
1) Download the upgrade file from our website, http://treasurysoftware.com/upgrade-central.html.
2) Double click on the setup_current_upgrade.exe file and contact technical support to obtain the unlock password.
3) Follow the steps in the Upgrade Wizard, and click Finish when done.
4) Start the program, and enter into any account.
5) Mark the Check Boxes next to all accounts to be upgraded.
6) Allow the software to upgrade the accounts, you will be prompted to exit and restart the program when the Wizard is completed.
If your version is prior to 9.46.0:
1) Using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files\BankReconciliationcom\Data. For each account you currently use, you will see a .BRD file with the identical name of your account.
2) Create a temporary folder on your desktop and name it TSUpgrade.
3) Copy the BankReconciliationcom\Data folder (and all its contents) and paste it into the TSUpgrade folder.
4) Using the Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs, please uninstall the BankReconciliation program.
5) Using Window s Explorer, delete the entire BankReconciliationcom folder and all its subfolders from the Program Files directory. (your data has been backed up to the TSUpgrade folder)
6) Download the latest version of our software from http://www.treasurysoftware.com/download.html
7) Install the new software using the unlock password sent via email.
8) After installing, please exit the software and open Windows Explorer to C:\Program Files\TreasurySoftware\Data.
9) Copy the .BRD files, for each account except the Sample account, from the TSUpgrade folder on your desktop into the TreasurySoftware\Data folder. You do not need to copy the .BR1, .BR2, and .BR3 files (These are automated backup files)
10) Start our program, and select File>New Account>Add an Existing Account to your catalog, and select the .BRD file for your account. Allow the software to complete the upgrade procedure.
11) Repeat Step 10 for each account you are licensed for.
