Installation Troubleshooting

I cannot start the program.  What do I do?

 

Issue overview

The program expects to find certain operating files on your machine.  Unfortunately, these files may have been deleted, become corrupted, 'unregistered', or may be of the wrong version.  This may have been caused by any number of factors over the life of your machine.  

 
While this typically involves advanced technical support, we can recommend a quick, easy option:

--install the current version of Treasury Software from http://www.treasurysoftware.com/contact.aspx
 

Note: This option is free to all users on support.

If you are not on support, you may want to backup your data files (brd), uninstall - and then re-install the software.
