Matching Rules - Advanced

 

 

New to Bank Rec 3.0 (version 2013), is our User-Defined Matching Rule.

 

This enables users to match based on:

--Amount

--Transaction Type (ACH, Wire, MC/Visa, etc...)

--Site

--Date range

 

The new rule can be found in our Matching Rules Window

 

Important - The Transaction Type and Site Number check boxes are synchronized with their respective forms.

Therefore, unchecking them here - will also uncheck - and turn off the features.
