Overview

 

Switching accounts is necessary when you are using multiple accounts in Bank Reconciliation and you wish to move from the current account to another.

 

Required

 

It is required that you have created at least one account.

 

Note: The Sample account should never be used for live data.

 

Steps

 

Switching accounts is very straight-forward.  There are two ways to do it. For either method, you need to be at the Bank Reconciliation Main Screen.

 

1.  Select File, then the account you want to work out of.

If you are using a version prior to 2013 then click on Accounts on the lower left corner.
