Bank Express Codes



It seems like every bank has a different positive pay format. Many banks have more than one format.

Rather than having you spend time in laying out your bank's format, we can provide you with many of the national and local bank positive pay formats.


To enter a code
Start Bank Positive Pay and enter into an account.
From the main menu select 'File' > 'Options' > 'General' > 'Bank Code' tab. Enter your code and click 'Update Bank Information'.

Apply the code to your bank account
If you have not yet created an account in our system
Your code will automatically be applied to any new accounts you create.
Please go ahead and create a new account at this time - 'File' > 'New Account' > 'Create' option.

If you already created a new account in our system
From the main menu select 'File' > 'Options' > 'General' > 'Resume Startup' tab. Click the 'Resume' button and enter any information requested, such as your account number. Then click 'Next', 'Finish', 'No', 'Close'.

 

Need a code?
If you do not have a code, please forward your bank layout to your Treasury Software representative, and they will provide you with one. Don't have a contact? - call 866 226-4732 and press option 2 - anyone will be happy to assist you.
