SQL Express Backup
Overview
As an alternative to using Treasury Software's built-in utilities,
you can utilize Microsoft's SQL Server Management Studio Express
to backup and restore the databases created by Treasury Software.
While many database administrators (dba's) prefer the familiar look
and feel to Microsoft's Management Studio, Treasury Software can
only provide support for the backup and restore functions. Please
refer to Microsoft support for all other questions and issues.
Download and install
Note: If you already have the 'full' version of Microsoft's Management
Studio, you do not need to download and install the SQL Express
version.

Studio Express (39 MB)
Log in
Notes:
Server name - should be your computer name followed by "\TREASOFT"
Authentication - Switch it to SQL Server Authentication
Login - always should be "sa"
Password - Will be provided by Treasury Software support
Navigate to the database you want to backup (in our example 'Test'),
and right click on the database name
Select Tasks > Back Up...
and follow the prompts and click 'OK'
